This is our well-loaded 20 gallon copper still, paired with a roomy 5 gallon thumper and a 2.8 gallon worm condenser. The still runs a 4-inch cap for a clean seal, and the thumper carries its own 4-inch cap, temperature gauge, drain, and a fruit port for tossing in fresh fruit during the run.

We build every part by hand from heavy copper and solder each seam ourselves, the way our family has always made stills here in the Smoky Mountains.
