This 20 gallon copper still comes with an inline gin basket you can use or leave out as the run calls for, plus a 4" cap and a 220 volt PID controller with temperature probe for clean electric heating. It draws the same power as a kitchen range, so you simply plug it in and get going.

The gin basket lets you steam botanicals for gin while the still handles whiskey, rum, brandy, moonshine, or essential oils just as well. Shaped by hand from lead-free copper and sealed with food-safe solder, it carries the traditional craftsmanship our family has long been known for.
